The Anaheim Ducks will likely have forward Corey Perry back in the lineup on Thursday for Game 4 of their Western Conference series against the Dallas Stars.

Perry has been out six weeks after being struck in the thigh by the skate blade of Colorado goalie Jose Theodore in a regular season game and suffered a lacerated tendon above his right knee.

The injury caused Perry - who led the Ducks with 29 goals - to miss the remainder of the regular season and the first three games of the playoffs.

"I feel pretty good," Perry tols the team's official web site on Wednesday. "Practice was on the lighter side today, but yesterday we did a lot of skating at the end of practice, and it's gotten better since last week, that's for sure."

Perry still hadn't met with the team doctor, but is confident that he will get clearance to play.

"It all depends on how I feel and what he says," Perry said. "I'll talk to him later this afternoon. If he does give me the okay, that will be a huge relief. I just want to get out there and help the team."
