    Why not shut the forums down?
    Lots of paying members asking legitimate questions about streams that are missing or have issues etc. and every time you get any response from an 'admin' in live chat is a snarky 'USE THE CONTACT US BUTTON' ...last few emails I sent got no reply the last few months so why keep these forums open?

    If we are not supposed to use the forums, why are they here?

    Agreed, ever since the season has started. I have not got a single response from admin through multiple emails and forum postings.

    Multiple e-mails and forum posts and I've not heard a peep about my subscription problem in over a month.

    I'll keep checking back and trying to get in touch, but I'm pretty much treating these guys as a write-off now.

    I had to be away for the last couple of months recently, I'm back now. Support will improve.

    We will be reworking the forums in to more of a helpdesk of sorts.
