What on earth do I need to do to get in touch with Billy?
I've used the Contact Us form on the website and he said it never went through. I then PM'd him to after he asked me to and it...surprise, never went through. He then told me to email him and I did over a month ago. Surprise, no response.
So, are there any admins here that will actually take care of my issue? Who should I forward my emails to? Someone that will respond, preferably.

The first month of the season they were decent at monitoring the forums. They never have responded to any email or contact us forms though. The last few weeks, no admins respond to anything online in the forum or anything else. The season has started, they've got our money and they don't care much beyond that. I have had a number of questions and comments on the message board go unanswered, that's just the customer service they provide.

Alright, again, who the hell will help me at all? I've been trying to get a refund and close my account from the first week of the season, but not a single mod has answered any emails, PMs, or inquiries in chat.
Is there anyone that I can email/call that might answer? This is absurd.

Same here I actually gave up being a donator because no one replied to my emails nor my forum post. I assumed you no longer needed dontations. Just thought I would check in again just to see if anyone answered me.
