Currently, the Maple Leafs vs Penguins stream is down at the beginning of the second period, and has been down for about 22 minutes now, with no news from any of the administrators. This is something that has been happening very often lately, with absolutely no explanation. As much as I love HockeyStreams, I'm not going to be able to renew my membership, or recommend it to anyone else, if the service continues like this...

Pens Vs Leafs
I too get tired of the game going down. The Pens game went down at the end of the 1st period, and with only 3 live games, I find it sad that one of the 3 is currently down. I'm tired of the weird errors where I have to refresh my browser and then HUNT for where I was in the game.
Agree completely, we have had horrible service this season. Currently I'm watching the leafs game on TSN.CA because it's higher quality than the WMV. There is no way I would have signed up for this site if I knew the only semi-reliable feeds would be the WMV feeds (there are tons of sites I can get similar quality for free).
At this point the hassle of setting up a VPN and using game center live doesn't seem nearly as bad as this crap has been.
What I want:
1. A month free
2. A public appology for the service and some details on how they plan to fix it.
3. A proper status page - and an issue reporting page that actually pages someone.
4. Some basic customer service, we get ignored 99% of the time when there are complaints.
You have a gold mine with this site but with service like this it's going to crash and burn.
Same here, my issue is that I can watch a full 1080p video on youtube or another streaming site without issue, we use Netflix, cineplex and all the sites on Hulu and Crackle without any buffering, I pay for a 100 Mbit down stream so I wont have these issues. Hockeystreams is the only place where I constantly have to fiddle around with server location / stream size and quality just to watch a tiny 320x520 video. if you cannot fix the issue soon I will not be renewing my membership. enough is enough, I've stuck with you guys for the past three or four years through the good bad and ugly...fix the issue

This is my first season on here and I must say it's sub-par. Earlier in the season everything was working or working enough with a refresh or two to get through most games. Recently it's been piss poor! Last night it took me over an hour to watch the third period of the Pens/Leafs game due to buffering. Total joke! Tonight's game won't load at all. Total joke!
I used to trumpet this site to my friends but no more. Seems like our only recourse as patrons is to bad-mouth the site around the web until the negative feedback starts to hit their pocket book.
