I have a same problem here in Finland. Everything worked fine in preseason but now I cant watch live or archived games without lag. In preseason I used to watch games HD+ quality but now even HQ is buffering all the time. I have 4mb connection and speedtest results were Montreal 1.55Mb/s Amsterdam 3.5Mb/s. I did the ping test also and got following results:
    --- cdn-a-3.distrubutionaire.com ping statistics ---
10 packets transmitted, 10 packets received, 0% packet loss
    round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 130.306/130.910/131.485/0.343 ms

I have iMac and I use VLC media player.

Finland was experiencing routing issues as far as I know - can you send me a traceroute so I can ensure it's not routing as I was under the impression that was fixed.

    Thanks

    STREAMING AND BUFFERING ISSUES
I am having the same problem here in the US. HD+ stops and buffers after about 20 secs, HD after about 50 secs and HQ after about 90 secs. Do you have any more suggestions? I have communicated with you about this via e-mail. I have sent you my traceroute info, speedtest info, OS, WMP version and browser. Please help, thanks.

Your issue seems to be more ISP related - I'd recommend contacting your ISP with the traceroute information and seeing what their opinion about this matter would be - We've exhausted every possibility to try and eliminate the issue on your end - As far as we can tell the the trace from our servers to you returned fine, and our servers are not experiencing any issues either.

I have the same problem with live HD+ streams. They stop after 4-5 minutes (first the picture, then 30 seconds later audio).
Other people from Germany have the same problem, too. We all have enough bandwith and no problem with the latency.
Maybe you should think about getting new server sites (1 in europe (germany?), 1 in NA)

The HD+ feed is extremely intensive on both your internet and computer resources to stream to. There could be a wide range of issues of why some people experience sub-par performance on the HDplus feeds.

Many people across Europe that subscribe to our website have no issues streaming HD+. To get near-great performance on the HDplus feeds it would be recommended to have an internet connection of at the very least a consistent 6Mbit.

I have a consistent 3Mbit connection. HD+ worked most of the time with my connection in the pre season. The HD+ archives work fine in the daytime.
Because of that I don't get it why I need a 6Mbit connection.

The number of members watching streams in the pre season were really low compared to the regular season now, too. I think that this is somehow the problem. ;)
