    Premium account expired prematurely
    I paid for a month around October 24th. About 11 days in I froze my account since I would not be accessing it for a week. Then I couldn't unfreeze it. Five days of requests for assistance and my account was finally unfrozen with 19+ days left. But one week later the account expired, when I still should have at least 12 days left.

    Can someone please credit my account with the time paid for, or explain why not? Thank you.

    I donated for a month and got less than half a month. Hockeystreams owes me 19 days of premium membership. Please reactivate my account.

    Same problem here. Have 84 days left to use of my premium subscription but I've not been able to unfreeze my subscription at all.
