    How to unfreeze account
    Site won't let me, used the contact button and PMed billy and I haven't heard anything back in a week.

    I froze my account and wish to reactivate it and cannot do it on the site - the unfreeze button just sits there.

    Hi Billy,

    I have been a member for over 2 years now and have managed to freeze myself out of my account. I think I entered my password incorrectly because it is similar to my work password which I inadvertently used.

    I then tried to reset my password, but my email provider Verizon sold to Frontier and the old Verizon email is no longer valid - so the new password went to the old address. Please help!

    My user name is clutchngrab and my email is the same as it was with the domain being frontier.com instead of verizon.net

    I almost have the same problem as clutchngrab.Since yesterday i can't login,i didn't press anything but it doesn't wanna work anymore.when i tried to recover my password i didn't receive an e-mail.my account is Fetzi and my e-mail is no_use_for_a_name@gmx.net
