Q: Do you stream every game?
A: Yes! Every televised game is broadcasted by us.

Q: Where is your website located?
A: The website and all streaming servers are currently located in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Q: Can I watch multiple games at once?
A: Yes! Once you submit your donation you will have an option to launch streams in pop ups. You can launch as many as your screen can fit as long as you have the sufficient bandwidth.

Q: How do your On-Demand Streams work?
A: We keep a full season of Game Archives. Archives are recycled every season, so you can be sure to be able to watch full games even months after the original broadcast. On-Demand streams are available immediately following a game.

Q: Do I need to download anything to watch the streams?
A: Absolutely not! The only thing you are required to have in order to watch our streams is Flash, or Windows Media Player.

Q: What bitrate are games streamed at?
A: Every game is streamed at a minimum of 800Kbps, and a maximum of 3200Kbps. The rate at which you are able to receive the stream depends on your Internet connection and computer hardware.

Q: How can I donate?
A: We currently accept Visa, and MasterCard as a means for donations. Canadian customers may also choose to pay via CertaPay.
